Logan Farms Honey Glazed Hams are hickory smoked, spiral sliced and honey glazed. We select only the finest hams, carefully trim and dry cure each one using a special low salt recipe, then add a mouthwatering crunchy glaze of rich honey and savory spices. The result is a fully cooked, irresistibly delicious honey glazed ham that's 90% fat free and perfect for any occasion!

Generally 1/2 pound per person should be sufficient for dinner setting. 1/3 pound per person is suitable for a buffet setting.

Instructions: Each ham is table ready to serve at room temperature. We do not recommend heating, which will dry the ham and impair its flavor. If only a few slices are needed, they may be heated in a skillet, microwave, or conventional oven. If the ham is not going to be used within one week, it can be frozen up to 45 days.

Cajun Style Turkey 10-12 pounds @ $3.79/lb
A baked turkey injected with Cajun seasonings made exclusively for Logan Farms. Instructions: Thaw, Breast up n unopened wrapper on tray, in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 days. When defrosted, place turkey in 325 degree oven and heat until warm for 1.5 to 2 hours. Serves approximately 10 - 12 people.

Whole Smoked Turkey 10-12 pounds @ $3.79/lb

Texas Smoked Brisket Approximately 3.5 pounds @ $8.99/lb
A brisket smoked Texas style exclusively for Logan Farms. Instructions: Thaw, in refrigerator overnight. When defrosted, heat brisket in 300 degree oven until warm. Serves approximately 8 - 10 people.

Smoked Pork Shoulder Approximately 4 pounds @ $8.99/lb
A Pork shoulder smoked exclusively from Logan Farms.
Instructions: Thaw, in refrigerator overnight.
Oven: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove all packaging, wrap tightly with aluminum foil. Heat for 20 minutes per pound.
Skillet: Cut slices 1/4 inch thick. Cook in a preheated frying pan, medium heat for 20 - 30 seconds on each side.
Grill: Cut slices 1/4 inch thick, grill approximately 20 - 30 seconds on each side. Serves about 8 - 10 people.
